Cascade Data was founded by Adam Messick, a service-disabled veteran and IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the managed services industry. We are a verified SAM.gov registered and SBA veteran-owned business. After years of watching small businesses get lost in the shuffle at large MSPs, waiting days for responses, explaining their problems to a different technician every time, getting pushed toward expensive solutions they didn't need, it was clear there had to be a better way.

That better way is simple: treat every client like they matter. Because they do.

Adam spent years working in enterprise and mid-market IT environments, managing everything from network infrastructure and server migrations to cybersecurity programs and cloud deployments. He's held roles in helpdesk, systems administration, network engineering, and IT management. He's been the guy on the phone at 2 a.m. when a server goes down, and the guy in the boardroom explaining why the technology budget matters.
